Site Overhaul: Multilingual, Hugo framework, and new article

Busy but excited. I overhauled the site: added manual Swedish translations, rebuilt the menu using Hugo, and published a new article about how to create a business card for the Apple Wallet app. Also enjoyed a late masonic gathering yesterday.
