12th until 27th of Jan 2026 Fri 23 Jan 2026, 7:19:08 pm CET I am here again, we're talking almost about two weeks since my last post. Where did the time go? Strange, it means that there was a weekend that I did not post anything. Hmmm... It means that I not yet mentioned the new golf clubs for J., the visit to the great restaurant/concept "Samen Loop" in Antwerp, some cool 3D printing projects (what's new) and some updates from everyday life perks (an late evening at the driving range with J., visit to a fantastic restaurant with the youths, etc). Well, I will try to catch up in the next days. This very evening -to celebrate Friday - is also one of those memorable and elevated little moments. I begin from the ending of what's just mentioned. Tonight we - H. and I - are enjoying a nice glass of wine and sushi at home. J. is out with friends, and the youths are busy with their own stuff. Yesterday night we passed for a drink by our ex neighbour ladies to celebrate M's birthday. It was such a nice evening with a lot of laughs and fun. It was fantastic to see my friend D. who is doing great and is in great spirits. Tue Jan 27 2026, 7:44:47 pm CET I was writing a whole lot on the 23rd (as you can see in the post above), but I never got to post it. I decided to keep that for this post and simply continue the update - the daily update. As you see this was actually a post in making for a few days. So, what happened since then? It is the evening before the trip to Sweden - tomorrow I am on the plane for a week in Sweden. The concept is becoming a routine now, and I am looking forward to it. I am tweaking the details around it - I am spending some time in Stockholm and in Hudiksvall (about 350 km north of Stockholm) during my stay. This time, I will start some days first in Stockholm and then move up north. I hope that this time I will have some time to meet up with friends - my true childhood friends - that I have not seen for a long time. This morning J. embarked on a new adventure, they are actually - at the time of writing - landing in Cape Verde. This means that H. will be alone at home for a week. She will surely be missed by her guys. Yesterday was a great masonic evening again, there are so many interesting people in the world. It is important to absorb all the positive input, especially in the times we are in today, with all the negative and destructive noise we are constantly fed with. Talking of which, we have been again trying to plan a trip to US to visit dear friends, but the current situation in the world makes it really difficult. Let's see how it evolves. If it is not COVID, there is a criminal leading the country to chaos, if it is not that, there is inflation, if it is not that, there is political unrest, if it is not that, there is a natural disaster...
