27th of December until 1st of Jan 2025 Wed 1 Jan 2025, 3:03:43 pm CET Time flies! It feels unbelievable that 2024 is already history and we're in 2025. What wonders will this year hold? To be honest, a part of me is feeling a bit nervous about what's to come. There are some private concerns weighing on my mind and also the world seems to be spiralling into chaos with strange and illogical developments happening everywhere. The situation in Russia and the change of presidency in the US will undoubtedly create ripples felt across the globe. However, there are also some exciting and positive things on the horizon, hopefully enough to balance out the negatives. We celebrated the New Year together with our neighbour ladies M and D. It was a very nice time with great discussions and laughters. J. and K. were celebrating with friends and reportedly had a great time. They arrived home with a friend in the early morning hour and today we are all enjoying a cosy day inside (the weather is terrible) recovering. I was thinking about how the past year was; what were the highs and the lows of 2024? I started looking through pictures to remember, but then it struck me.
